Food Vendor Application
Each pitch can be up to 6m x 6m - (if using shelter/gazebo it MUST be weighted down)
Tables and chairs will NOT be provided.
Food vendors must carry public liability insurance.
Each pitch will cost:
Friday Night DJ Takeover Pitch - £100
Saturday Family Day Pitch - £100
Weekend Pitch -£175
Each pitch comes with up to 3 personnel passes.
Setting up time from 5pm (fri), 9.30am (sat) (weekend vendors are permitted to leave equipment set up overnight).
Buntsfest takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods, or property.
Electric - We will NOT be able to supply any electrical hook-up. Personal generators MUST be mentioned in your risk assessment and safety practises MUST be strictly followed, failure to do so WILL result in you being closed down.
Water - There is a fresh water source on the site. It is approximately 100m from your pitch location.
Gas/LPG - The use of fuel and fuel containers MUST be mentioned in your risk assessment and safety practises MUST be strictly followed, failure to do so WILL result in you being closed down.
